Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns should be made to the address in the packed item

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact

1. SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days via FedEx, DHL or UPS. Orders are not

shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to

correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have

provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are

subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

thefunkyafrican.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states

that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the

local authorities.

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

thefunkyafrican.com allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 14 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused. See "return policy" below for further details

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
